Hello everyone, happy almost Autumn!
I was wondering if you knew or have a feeling for what the excitement level is over Roosevelt County leases these days or the future? My lease isn't up until May of 2016 but thus far there has been no movement to drill by the leaseholder. I'm in 30N 58E. Not sure whats been going on in the area as far as new wells in etc.? Is anyone making a nice return financially on their wells?

Also I'd like to ask if any of you knew the impact lack of pipelines is having and if there are any other factors possibly impeding production in this area (if production is being impeded)?

Dan, I have been watching this some. The map I saw for the XL Pipeline I saw runs through Montana. If the pipeliine gets built, it will reduce the cost of getting the oil to the refineries making it worth more. I have interest in Oklahoma where there were lots of pipelines because of old oil fields. It is my understanding that there are more rigs there because it will be easy to get the oil to market.
If an owner of mineral rights is voting for Obama and the Democrats it will be like chickens voting for Colonel Sanders.
