Peggy, there is a multi unit well permitted to end in 29 1-10-29X Hundley by Continental resources. You should be leased or pooled on that since the spacing is 630 acres. Keep an eye on this one. It spud on Dec 23.
There are some old wells in 30. They are older. Do you have any royalty from them?
http://imaging.occeweb.com/imaging/OGWellRecords.aspx This is where you can look for yourself. Type in the section, township and range and look for the permits 1000 and Completions 1002A. Look for the NE4 in the descriptions. Use this website to watch for the Hundley. Type in 2001N05W and hit Search. 1001A is the spud record.

Thank you for the information. We have never received any royalties from Sections 29 or 30. These mineral deeds were inherited by my grandmother in 1970 and have passed to my father and then to me. As of my father's records, he had no lease agreements or royalties in these areas.
If I were you, I would make sure you have clear title and get involved in Section 29. You may be owed some money.

See if you can find your relatives names on the Application file. They may be hunting for you. This is the notice for the well. You will find the attorney and company name in the file.
You might want to give me their names and I could hunt a little for you on my subscription site and point you in the right direction. This well is important for you.
Also, it is 640 acre spacing. My finger slipped on the key.

Thank you for the information. On the application, I found my grandmother's name with my father as last contact. I will contact Continental to establish the line of succession. You have been very helpful!!
Yeah! Glad to help. It will be a couple more months before the checks would come, so it gives you time to get all the ducks in a row. Good luck. You should be getting bonus money from the force pooling if you don't have a lease and you should get money from the royalties of the well. Takes about three months to drill and complete and then three-six more months before the division orders go out. They have to pay by six months.

How can I find out about the older wells in Section 30 of Stephens Co.? We have never had any royalties from this area. Thanks.
http://imaging.occeweb.com/imaging/OGWellRecords.aspx This is where you can look for yourself. Type in the section, township and range and look for the permits 1000 and Completions 1002A.Type in the location and it will show the wells. Match your location with the wells and see if you should be getting revenue.
One place to look for lost revenue is through the state agencies for unclaimed funds. When my mom passed, I typed in every version and some misspells on purpose and tracked quite a bit down that way.
