I own oil and mineral rights in subject counties. I have queried Chesapeake for information whether there is oil production in these specific counties...specifically Section 27, Township 28 North, Range 11 in Alfalfa County and Section 30, Township 14, Range 3 in Columbiana County...with no response from them. Is anyone out there familiar with these areas and if yes, can you provide me any information reference to producing or not producing? Thank you....Ray

Looks like the last entry on the list may help you. This is for Range 11 west, by the way, and Sandridge is the operator.

We have mineral rights in Alfalfa County- Range 11 Section 30 Twnship 25N. We were getting a small payment until a year ago when DCP notified us that there were no producing wells since 2005. Then we recently got a letter regarding Aexco case # 201-805050 to expand digging ( hearing July 23, 2018) Then we got a letter from Mason Oaks offering to buy our interests. Does anyone know what is going on?? ( BTW the Aexco case shows there is still one producing well, so DCP apparently lied to us) We are new to this forum and would appreciate any assistance we can get.
