Hi , Amend permit to drill --does that mean they still intend to drill and are amending only part of the permit?

It does mean they are still going to drill the well. The 'Amend' reason is stated at the left top of the permit.

Amend reason: AMEND SURFACE CASING DEPTH Probably going to put more casing in the hole than the original permit called for. That's good.
