My mother passed away 10 years ago. My brother and I have been notified by Clap Rock that my mother’s had some mineral and oil rights from her brother. Now I need a lawyer to help us. I have seen in post that there are lawyers that do this for a set fee. We have everything we need to proceed . Help!
You need to contact an attorney in the state where the minerals are located to see what options are available. Many attorneys handle these on a flat fee. Costs vary depending upon the state’s probate requirements. This post is not legal, tax or investment advice. Reading or responding to this post does not create an attorney/client relationship.
