I have been offered a large amount of $ for my mineral rights (very small interest) in the following wells. The offer just does not seem to match up with current production.
Does anybody have any in-site into if anything is happening in this, or surrounding, areas. Is there a way to determine if they (XTO) are going to rework the wells or dig deeper.
The wells are 80% Midland county and 20% Upton county.
