Continental Resources has a well pending. You should have gotten paperwork on it months ago. The hearing was supposed to be last week. Look up 201708290 and 201708657 on the OCC OAP website and see if they have your address and name correctly listed. Contact info for the operator is listed in the hearing documents. OAP
I did receive that paperwork. I was just wondering what happens from that point on. It’s been a while so was wondering if there has been any progress. I’m new to this so not exactly sure what to expect. Thanks for the help.
They will generally approve the spacing for any reservoir first. Then they will approve the horizontal well, then the location exception if needed (to move out of the center of the spacing), then the pooling. Then the permit, then drilling. You will get followup documents with the OCC orders.
