Have inherited Mineral Rights for SE/4 of this Section, formerly Sinclair Prairie Oil. Is this area still in production ? The original deed ( 1930) is for 1/3200th of this 160 acre. The original deed states that it is under lease to Sinclair Oil and Gas. I’m totally new to this and would appreciate any wisdom.
The section has had 74 wells since 1930. Various operators over that time. Not all of them would have been in the SE4.

There are two wells still online. Pride Energy Sudik A 15 and Stephens & Johnson Operating CO Vencl 20. I would start with the Stephens & Johnson well since it is in the SE4. Looks like there was a waterflood unit there, so you may be able to find out more from them.
The Mary Sudik #1 well was the well that began the development of the Oklahoma City oil field in the early 1930s.
