Katrina, Thanks for the info, you seem to be my only source on CNX wells, Antero and EQT I have names and Tele. phone #'s to call. WOW 8-wells.
Yeah, I don't think we have all 8 on our lease, but I think we have about 5 or so, interest.
Hey since you have info. on Antero can you check one out for me (if you get a chance), and PS the good thing about CNX/ NOBLE Energy, they seem to be moving faster than Antero anyway for me. I signed the lease with Antero in 2011. Since then nothing with Antero but the OXFORD 1 has been complete and have been getting checks since October, and right after that they moved to the OXFORD 97 and started it in November. So they are not messing around anyway, so happy about that.
BUT ... back to what I was asking, since you have Antero information, if you get time, check on Antero in McLean District and the wells are to be called the BANNER UNIT and TABAR UNIT, would like to know where they are on the schedual. The bonus check they gave my brother and me in 2011 was a little over 21.000 EACH, so being 42.000 they gave out I would think they would be starting this. If you can find anything out that would be great and I can keep you posted on this end.
THANKS!!
Katrina, What County is McLean District in, all my interest are in Doddridge County.
Katrina, Antero is dragging out there drilling process, why, unless it's because of the price of Nat'l Gas, here's an example> I signed a lease in 2009 with Antero (Holden Well) permitted in 2013, drilled and fracked in 2013-2014, and I received my first check in Feb of 2015, a long time coming. It's called the "waiting game.
wow that is one thing I will have to say about Noble and CNX... Started drilling in July 2013, finished in July 2014 and then got three months payment in October. So I guess I was lucky.
Yes Mclean District is in Doddridge County, close to the Wetzel and Tyler County lines.
Katrina, My Bad, I never heard of McLean District. Now, I subscribe to the "Doddridge Independent" newspaper and do believe that Antero has filed a Application for a permit to drill the Banner well but no permit issued as of yet, I will continue to search.
Katrina, Have you heard anything from Noble??
Arnold that is good news and its the best news I have heard so far. Thanks for looking into this for me, you just made my week. Now I wonder after they fill out a Application and a permit is issued, how long after that until they drill (APROX)???
Thanks for the news !!
Katrina :o)
I saw modifications to extend laterals on two Oxford wells in last week’s Weekly Reports under Permits then at bottom of page Modifications(I think) not sure which Oxford. Something in Doddridge.
Yes Arnold I just spoke with them last week. All are drilled now they have to frack and drill out the plugs. I spoke with a Scott Nuzman from Noble. He said they were moving their office but gave me a number to call if I had any questions. it was 1-800-220-5824 EXT. 3 This is for Royalty Relations. He said this is the best number right now until they get into their office and get their own phone.
Also some news, the reason You and I could not get in touch with Jeremy Cumbie, (because I left him two messages and his email was always sent back to me) Scott told me that he had passed away unexpectedly about three months ago. He was a young man too, I am guessing mid 30's.
That explains no answer back on yours an my end. But Scott did call me back when I left a message for Jeremy and that is what he told me last week. He said a good guess of when the Oxford 97 would be in production would be about 6 months and that we would recieve a Division Order before that too.
So there is a little news
Nancy I am sure what you saw last week was for the Oxford 97 esp. after talking to him. THANKS SO MUCH>>>>
Katrina
I have been told by Scott who use to be the project manager of Oxford 98 that he no longer works for Noble. He told me that Stacy Gratkowski is in charge of Oxford 98. I have called and texted her to see how it’s coming along, but no response. Her number is 724-820-3138. Has anyone else been informed with progress? Rich
Katrina, just to clarify, I think you may be talking about the McClellan district? I have interest in that area, too, but there has been no drilling or well plans as of yet for me.
I am not sure Richard, but Scott is the one who called me the first week of August and left a very lenghly message on my phone, which I kept. I did not call him back. But he said it would be mid to late 2017 before they would start fracking. All of the wells are drilled and I beleive there are 8 on this pad. I will keep Stacy's information also but Scott is the one who returned my call.
Thanks and if you hear anything please post and I will do the same.
Katrina
Hi Stephanie,
YES it is the McClellan district, My brother is over the east coast for WISE Energy and gets all the permit and drilling reports each week. and YES they are not doing anything yet with this one but were drilling all around it, but now with the prices the way they are they too may hold off. I guess next year in Septemeber when the lease is up, if they have not drilled do they have to renew the lease and pay another bonus?
Thanks,
Katrina
I have called Noble, e-mailed, still cannot get any info if Oxford 98 in doddridge county is up and running or not. Exhausting Anyone have any news on the project?
Talked to Donna at Noble today. Oxford 98 is not drilled, and more than likely mid to end of 2017 it will be drilled. Natural gas prices are TOO low she said. At least I know. Thanks all!!
I have interest in the OXFORD 97 and they drilled all of the wells but I got a phone call from Noble last month and they are NOT going to frac until sometime in 2017 when hopefully the prices go back up. Before I got this phone call they were to go "in line" this November. But now they are holding off, which might be a good thing, since your fist few checks are the best. I would rather wait and get a better price I guess.
They also drilled the OXFORD 1 which we have an interest and thankfully they got this one in line last summer. Thats all I know aobut the 97 and I assume it is the same for the 98. Sorry, I have no better news.
Richard, From what I have heard, don't expect any activity from either Consol or Nobel for another year-at least. I know rumor's are just that "RUMORS" BUT>

More on CONSOL. It does not appear that Noble will be taking over the joint venture with CONSOL.
CONSOL currently has one rig working in SW PA and will not be adding any rigs in the remainder of 2015. Currently it is planning on drilling 10 wells in the Utica in 2016.
As the result of the layoffs and cut backs in drilling, some of the talent is starting to leave CONSOL. (RUMOR)
Well, I guess that I own some Royalty interest for a OX F97-"CDH" as I just received a Designation of unit, did not know that I had this one, so if anyone has a API # I sure would appreciation it.
Hello Arnold,
I also have royalties on the Oxford 97, that was the well that Noble called me on about two months ago and said that all 8 wellse were drilled BUT they were going to wait until 2017 to frac them because of the low prices right now. What is a designation of Unit? I am sure I can call Noble or my brother also has a site where I can get the API #, since the wells have already been drilled, I am sure there is on correct?
Thanks
Katrina
