Any info on Noble energy Oxford 98 drilling yet

Anyone else sign with Noble in west Union doddridge county? Any update appreciated.

Richard, I signed a lease with Noble in May 2014, It was an amendment to a old lease dating back to 1908. If you go to Gas & Oil permits (Noble) you will see that several permits have recently been issued, very recent, as they have not shown up yet on the Weekly Report. The Api Numbers start with 47-017-06682 through 017-06688. I have found that once permitted, drilling could be soon OR--------------.

Thanks Arnold!!

Richard, the weekly report did come out on Saturday, and yes Noble did have several permits on Oxford 98, good thing's are happening. I hope they drill soon.

No sure about the Oxford 98, BUT I have the Oxford 97 and they started it in Nov. 2014. I also have the Oxford 1 and they started it June. 2013, started gettting royalty checks from in October 2014.

I am very happy with Noble. WEll actually on both my wells and I am sure yours will be the same it's Noble and CNX. I get two checks a month from each companay.... No worries there, it will come. I also have a lease signed with Antero, and from what I have been seeing they are not as good to get DO and Checks out as fast as Noble. But I have not experienced anything with them yet so I really can not say.

Woops I mean I get two checks a month ONE from each company,,

Thanks

Katrina, Thank you so much for the info, I have a few leases signed with Antero and you are right it does take time to get that D.O, otherwise I am happy with them. My experience with Noble is limited but I do have a lease with them (Ox. 98) so am looking forward to tracking there progress on these wells. Thanks again.

Thanks Arnold and Katrina for the info!!

Katrina, I also have Oxford97, when I signed the lease way back in 2011, the landman did not info the map and partial no, so I loss track of it, my bad, I called CNX yesterday and talked with another rep who was very helpful In finding my interest. He also said that they are now breaking ground on the Oxford 97, figure about 6 months for completion.

Arnold they started drilling the Oxfort 97 in NOVEMBER 2014, I have a guy in Ok. who keeps me up to date with Noble and he really was active on getting back with me. Last time I spoke with him, they were about done with the drilling part and now will need to go horizontal. I do have a map at home showing all the "legs" of this pad and I think it is 6 or 8. Let me know if you would like his name and email or number and I can give it to you. His name is Jeremy Cumbie and he is with Noble Energy. On the Oxford 1 I spoke with him one week and he told me the division order would come out for me to sign and I had him to email it to me about three days later then we just scanned it back to him, went a little faster than the "snail" mail that way.

Katrina, Thanks a heap for the latest info, my rep was probably talking about the Oxford 98 breaking ground. if the 97 is that far along we might see $$ within 3-6 months. the map of the legs would really be helpful, maybe you could e-mail or fax me a copy. I will invite you as a friend and send you particulars. Thanks again

Yes Arnold I can do that it may be next week before I can do it as I will be out of town. BUT sure I will get that to you sometime.

thanks,

Katrina

Ok, I am going to try and get that information out to you today by Email.

Thanks and let me know also what you find out about the 97, like I said I have not spoke to him since like January.

Katrina

Katrina, thanks, received info, called OK, but party was out. I will try again when we get back from trip.

Arnold. Do you understand that Oxford 98 has permits for 7 wells? It appears that way right?

Richard, You are way ahead of me on Noble and Oxford wells, but sounds very, very good to me. Thanks for the update.

Katrina, I have made a couple of calls to OK, but no call backs so far, it would be nice to know what's going on.

Katrina, I have called several times, "no call back".

The Oxford are starting the horzontal sections NOW, the top holes are all done and there are 8 wells on that pad. So it is moving forward and that is a GOOD thing. Not sure why they won't call you back, but I will try to keep you up to date as much as I can, when I find out things. My brother gets the reports everyday on all the wells in the Northeast, so this is how I can find this out. I too emailed Mr. Crumbie about three weeks ago and never heard anything back.
