I have received an offer for my mineral rights but wondering if I should take the offer. In Loving county, section 18 block 54, township T-2
Loving County Texas Section 18/Block 54T2/A-967…Rebecca after checking the area I see where Anadarko E & P has numerous oil/gas wells and gas wells with condensate in this area. Also I noticed that there is plenty of room in Section 18 for many more wells to be drilled at a future date. At this time I don’t see any Anadarko activity in Block 54T2. There are some good wells in this area. If you think you need to sell, you could always sell a portion of your minerals and keep some.
