Any new leasing in lower Columbia and Lafayette Counties?

Wonder if recent successful exploration in the Haynesville Shale has triggered more leasing in Columbia, Lafayette, and Nevada counties?

I have small interests dating back to the 1920's. I think this is around Buckner and Waldo:

SWI/4 of NE/4 Sec 15, T15 S, R 22 West; (Columbia ??)

E/1/2 of SW1/4 of Section 16;

all in T 15 S R 22 West -- Lafayette Co

I recently had an offer to lease some land in Bradley AR. I really don't know if lease was for new drilling, or because of changes in wells already drilled.
