Any recent lease offers near Sec 10 T 146N R 98W?

Has anyone recently leased, or had recent offers to lease, in or near this section? We have been approached by Slawson Exploration and would like to get a feel for terms in the area. Thank you. Jim

I have Township 145 North, Range 99 West, Section 10: W1/2. No offers at this point. I will stay in contact if an offer is made.

Have you thought about contacting Diamond Resources or Continental? They seem to be the last group in there leasing and drilling wells. It may help to get another offer. Glad to hear activity is picking up there.
