Anybody receive offers in Creek 20-15N-8E?

I received an offer to lease at 20-15N-8E for $175/ac 3/16, $225/ac 1/6, $250/ac 1/8. All leases want a 3 year extension (which I won't consider).

Anyone had any offers or know of activity going on there?

Had offer for 150/acre, 3/16,3year with no option in 28 and 32. Won’t do depth clause, probably will wait on it.

Thought I would mention if anybody was looking at leases in Creek with Abuelo Land Co. they have backed out of several lease offers after firm agreements. It might have to do with oil prices or their primary they are working for backed out. The reasons they gave were something that would have been researched out before lease offers went out as it had to do with the sand formations in underground gas storage areas in Creek.
