How do I go about trying to see if I can rent
Out my house to an incoming Oil Company
For multiple workers?

I’m in Natalia which is in Medina county. It’s 30 min. from Dilley and 45 min. from Cotulla. Just about 1/2 mile from IH35. The actual Address is 205 6th St.

I would contact the drilling companies which work in that area and possibly advertise your property with them. You could also run an ad in the newspapers classified ads under "Oil and Gas" which might catch the attention of individuals looking for housing. I'm not familiar with that particular area in regards to drilling acitivity but it might be in the Eagle Ford Shale play which is very active.

Ya I already posted an ad in the local paper, & I have heard the name Eagle Shale, but a Local resident is in contact with Global to rent Their house. I’m just wanting to get the word Out. I also have 2 smaller 3 bedrooms for rent Maybe to Supervisors. I appreciate any help You can give me.

The oil here is just now taking off, they Expect it to be busy for 5-10 yrs. or longer From what the local Oil Companies are saying

That is a pretty smart idea! You can even get a pretty good price if you bill corporate directly.

I’m hoping. Now I just need a corporation to Bill. I figure the more i can get the word out The sooner I can get it rented

Be careful who you rent it to. In a boom like the Eagleford Shale in South Texas there are lots of less desirable people following the money.
