Anyone Tried Enverus Courthouse In Oklahoma?

Has anyone tried Enverus Courthouse for mineral properties titles in Oklahoma? Are/were you happy with it? Is it an effective tool for finding deeding back to the land run?

Thank you.

I believe Enverus Courthouse is only covering counties in Texas, plus Eddy and Lea County New Mexico. If it’s expanded, I’d love to hear that.

My understanding is the same as @Diesel (though I very well may be wrong).

For Oklahoma, most people I know depend on OKCountyRecords.

For Oklahoma court cases (not property recordings) try Oklahoma State Courts Network and then Docket Search: OSCN Docket Search
