I’m wondering what this case Disp is about, and why now ? Devon sold the well they drilled in sections 3 and 34 over a year ago. I understood that they sold all of their interest in those sections too.
Regardless of who the operator is, you need to have Location Exceptions & Multi-Unit Applications recommended by the OCC before production can occur.

Todd, I’m pretty certain all of that was taken care of a year ago. Derby is the operator now, and they are now in flowback stage on the Pioneer 3_34-18N-13W well. Could this new filing in April of 2019 be for another new well ? If not, why would the OCC have postponed the case until 6-4-2019 ?
The cases are still pending. Protests were filed, requests for Emergency hearings were filed, then dismissed. Nothing but administrative work. To my knowledge, there are no new wells being proposed. I don’t think this well has been frac’d yet.
