Has anyone received an offer letter from this company to purchase mineral rights? Does anyone know who they are and if they're trust worthy?
Have never heard of Arroyo, but on checking their website (see link below), they appear to be the mother company to other groups that I have heard of (e.g. Hat Creek).
Are they trustworthy? More than likely - almost sure that they are an agent for a larger entity that is buying minerals in EF trend

The real question here is: "Are they buying minerals or are they leasing mineral rights? The reason it jumps out at me is that last week I had a guy offering to lease my mineral rights along with some of my contiguous neighbors. He wanted me to sign a 14 day commitment letter and I told him I couldn't sign until I got an O.K from the neighbors and that I would send it to him once we got the O.K. I asked him if he had one already written or would he at least write down what he wanted with the commitment letter, including legal descriptions, actual acres, and a map of the specifics properties and what else. He said that he would and he wrote me out a commitment letter to sign and the lettter didn't say anything about leasing our minerals, it just said that we were giving him 14 days to buy our minerals. Of course, I would never sign something like that; but, some people might.
