Anyone know of mineral acre sell pricing recently in Atoka County in S36 T1N R14E or S30 1N R15E or S19 T1N R15E? First time seller looking for some help or tips.
When you look on Okcounty records it seems the consideration sell price is jacked to show a lower price per acre–must be some old practice? Once in a while one is posted that looks like a legitimate sell and not a used car transaction
