Attorney for Reeves County Mineral Leases?

Does anyone know of good attorney's that handle Mineral Leases in Reeves County ?

Since it appears that BHP did not exercise their option for the 2 yr extension of our Lease for property ( A-3929 PSL C-18 Sec. 5). (Original lease signed with KEW Drilling in 2011, then transferred to Petrohawk.)

I'd like to have an Attorney already lined up for future Lease when the time comes. :)

I too have benefited from Mr. Caldwell’s expertise. He negotiated a lease for me recently ensuring my interests were addressed in the legal language, and got me 3X what was originally offered by first landsman who contacted me. Recommend you talk with him.

As someone mentioned recently on this forum, it's a good idea to make sure the lawyer you hire doesn't also do legal work for the O&G companies.

This could create a conflict of interest ... and the O&G companies generally pay more than the small mineral owners. I've read many horror stories of this nature on O&G forums over the years.
