You can do a bit of research on your own.
www.okcountyrecords.com has digital files going back to the early 90’s. You can do a free search on names, locations, etc. and see if you can find the right person. That will save you attorney fees for the hunt. You may want to hire a land man. They are less expensive than an attorney as the first step.
