Does anyone know how I can find a good average NRA selling price for mineral rights south of Pecos on Hwy 17? I’m interested in selling and need a solid price to start at.
Do you have any production currently?
Id guess its similar to when you asked in March of 2022. Oil price is lower than at that time, but general mineral pricing is similar. $8k-14k/NRA. Depends on where you are in the neighborhood “12 miles south of Pecos”. 
Closer to $8k in that area
