I need someone legal from Texas to help me in a bankruptcy case problem?

Where is the bankruptcy filed?

The chapter 7 bankruptcy was filed and is currently pending in the U.S Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. However, all of the properties are located in the following four counties in Texas: Hutchinson, Moore, Sherman, and Hansford. There are currently back taxes as far back as 2004. There appears to have been no liens filed prior to the bankruptcy auction. I need help on getting the back taxes to be paid by the bankruptcy court. How do I proceed? What are my options?
