I found this LinkedIn profile for Robert Bonet - Atlas Operating LLC/Bayshore Energy LLC | LinkedIn. If you cannot get them to respond to an email or call, send an email to them and give them 10 days to respond or you will file a complaint with the TX RRC. It does not have much teeth to it, but has worked for me in the past.
