Years ago I participated in the Wyoming lottery and was relativly successful. Has the program changed and how do I participate today?
Jon, I’m interested in learning about this as well. Can you be a little more descriptive about the lottery you mention here. Is this a mineral lottery or a land (surface lottery)?
I sat in on an oil and gas lease auction once in Cheyanne, WY. The lands being offered were on federal BLM lands and opened up as low as dollar an acre. I have not heard of a mineral sale but if there are such sales I sure would like to know about it.
