I am an heir to an estate near Bernardo. I am curious as to what minerals are being sold for per acre with Burleson Energy in partner with AKG drilling in that area.

It is about 193 acres and is not leased that i know of. Their are 14 heirs to this piece of property.

We have a 60 avre tract in the area.
I believe It was leased for about $400 per acre on a 1/8th lease.
Not too hot - but I believe it's mostly a gas area, not oil, & gas prices seem to be pushing down to $2
What interest do you own?
And if you are an heir, wouldnt you know if it's leased -- unless you just have a royalty interest?
