Big county. What are the legal descriptions and what royalty are the minerals subject to and maybe we can help? FYI, prices in Blaine County have dropped considerably in the past year due to the horizontal wells not meeting the hype and expectations of operators so not much activity there at this time.
Sec 19&30, 13N-13W. Prices offered $6800 per NMA land is leased with 3/16th lease.
Will: I don’t see your name listed on any of the Continental Corporation Commission documents. There are 3 Heckenberg wells producing that are multi-unit wells in Sections 19 & 30. Are your receiving royalties on these wells and is your information filed in the Blaine County Clerk’s records?
Am considering purchasing. Curious what other recent sales in the area might be.
In my opinion the gravy is gone. Your price should be based on reserves only.
