Have you looked at the Tx RRC site to see info on any recent permits and/or drilling?

Jim,

Apache Corp. has numerous vertical oil wells just to the North of Section 26. Those wells were drilled in 2006-7-8. I don't see any new activity in the area at this time. Also lots of older plugged wells in the area.
