I found a leasehold deal totaling 4200 NMA in Blk 32, Twn 4S. Is this a good area of Glasscock? Any permits being filed?

In Section 32 T4S I don't find a lot of Horizontal wells but the ones I checked production on are very good wells. The two formations being targeted are Wolfcamp and Spraberry(Trend Area). The two major producers/operators in this area seem to be COG(Concho Oil and Gas) and EQT Production.
