I am curious if anybody is receiving lease offers in B12 in Winkler. It looks like several sections are open/unleased off-setting newer horizontal production. Specifically sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29, and 30. These sections were last leased in 2017 and expired in 2020 or 2022. The leases didn’t include other lands which could potentially be holding this acreage, so I guess it’s available to lease. I would appreciate being corrected if you think my assumption is wrong or any feedback if the mineral owners are receiving offers to lease.
