My brother and I received an offer to purchase certain oil and gas rights we inherited. We’re told the interest is NPRI 0.8333 acre which is 0.1666 acre in each section of 2, 8, 10, 14, 22, Block C1, Public School Lands, Reeves County, Texas. I’m a lawyer but don’t know much about how this works. I’d like to find out who the operator is so I can contact them regarding title and back royalties, and maybe contact an attorney about the valuation we are being offered. Any help is appreciated.
