A while back, someone recommended a book/Document for folks new to the Oil/Gas Royalty arena. I made a note to order one when I had the time. Well I have the time but can't remember the Title. All I have in my "To Do" List is "NARO". Does anyone have any more information on this publication and how/where to get one?
