I would like to know what offers are coming in for Bonus per Mineral acre in Borden Co. ?

Judy the last bonus we received was $400 per ac back in 1-16. We currently have had 4 wells drilled in our acreage area by Surge Energy since summer. It really matters where U are located at. I would think that lease bonus prices should be going up especially in the SW and South Central part of the County, especially along the Howard County line with current drilling of horizontal wells in the area. Surge Energy has done quite well in Howard County and now testing out the area they hold in Borden.
Hi Judy we got a flat fee of 1,000.00 for less than a quarter acre in Borden county.

What part of Borden County and from who?
You should receive at least $1,000 per NMA bonus and 25% royalty.
Hello Gary could you please tell me how you determined this price because I too am trying to deal with a landman in Borden county.
These are the terms of my lease agreement in Borden and Howard Counties.
