My lease on 161 net acs. out of 646 acs., located in the surveys below, expires in a few days. Properties have been leased to Hawkwood. I am looking for other companies that may have an interest. Names of companies active in the area would be helpful, and bonus being paid.

Don’t see any recent permits filed in any of those areas. Hawkwood was definitely the most active on permitting in the whole county. Don’t know if any of these folks are interested in your area but it looks like others who have been active in Brazos County are ETX Energy, Vess Oil and Wildhorse (recently acquired by Chesapeake.) The McDaniel Company apparently bought up some existing production in your area but hasn’t done any recent drilling.
If you are saying your current lease has all of that acreage combined in one lease, when you sign another one I’d try to have the mineral interest you own in each of those surveys in it’s own separate lease.
