My Mom is considering selling or leasing her 34.5714 acres in Caddo County. We have received letter from Vertical Energy to sell. I’m waiting on a call back to hear offer. Do you know of any drilling or leasing going on in this area. My mom lives in Texas and any information is appreciated. Thank you.

Arnold Oil has a well permit in section 6 in 2022. There has been increased leasing in section 6 and section 21 in 2021. Another forum member just posted about 10N-10W, so interest seems to be picking up. Citizen drilled a horizontal well in section 16 & 21 in 2020. It has done very well in those two years.
