Calculation of Royalty Deed Interest in Property as a Whole from Deed or Division Order

When looking at a Deed or Division Order how do you calculate you interest as a whole in the pool? For example, below is a legal from some producing minerals I own. What percentage of ownership in the pool do I have with a .00209736 RI?
Is the gross acreage 170.70? There is no net acreage due to this being a RI only?
172.70 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, COVERING 165.984 ACRES IN THE J R PACE SURVEY, A-585 AND 6.716 ACRES IN THE JACKSON PAGE SURVEY, A-541, AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN POOLING
DESIGNATION DATED JULY 23, 1985, RECORDED IN VOL 1078, PAGE 337 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HARRISON COUNTY, TEXAS. .00209736 RI
Please let me know what additional information is needed and where to find, this will help me and others learn.
