Has anyone received recent offers to purchase your mineral and royalty interest in Campbell? Who is making offers? What are the terms of recent offers?
Yes I have. I’ve gotten offers from Rocking WW Minerals. First offers were I thought was decent. Last offer about a month later dropped 19k I asked why and they told me because the 4 new wells didn’t produce like they they thought. I didn’t even know 4 new wells were even there. He said they were producing since January.
What was the offer? What were the terms?
Started out at 55k, then a month later 36k

After reading your original post, I reached out to Rocking WW Minerals, out of Sheridan, and gave them our acreage coordinates in Campbell County.
Unfortunately, there aren’t any active wells or permitted wells close enough for them to be interested.
How many mineral acres did they want to purchase?
