EQT Leased 220, 38 and 10 acre parcels in a single lease for $5,500/acre bonus for 5 years and renewable for another 5 years with the same conditions in Lincoln District, Tyler County, WV on April 1, 2017. EQT sold the lease to Antero. Antero has now sent a check to renew the lease for 5 years, but only for the 220 acres. Can Antero only renew the 220 part of the lease or can we force them to renew the entire lease for the 220, 38 and 10 acres? Thanks,
