Can Oil Company Drill Again on pooling acreage?

I was told that an Oil Company can come back and drill again in a different area

on a pooling lease (that is producing) that they already have - that would be nice - but has anyone heard of this happening??

It happens on a regular basis.

So we have had 2 producing wells for about 1-1/2 years.... Marathon could come and drill

again on that paid site and make it 3 or 4 total wells??
