There were many old Vertical wells drilled in the NW 1/4 of 03/17N/04W, so you may want to make sure they are not producing and/or reentered and have all been plugged. I could not find anything for Gregory 1-10-3H API # 3508324187 except Intent To Drill Pending Orders B35514:B35513, Spud Date 11/16/2013. Call OCC 405-521-2613 and they might be able to help you.
The well is drilled but the numbers aren't out yet. There is usually quite a lag. I live a few miles away and my office is in Crescent so I drove past it every day while they were drilling. They have a tank battery up and there's still a trailer on site.
Scott, I can find no completion report and I believe OCC requires a completion report form 1002A before or at sale of first production. I don't know why they would want to make royalty production payments before they are off site. Something is not right, so I'd call OCC 405-521-2613.
No, OCC doe not require that. Nothing is wrong. There is always a lag between the time a well is completed and the 1002a is issued. If you read a 1002a it will tell you date of first sales. I just looked at a Devon 1002a today. That I posted about in another thread. The 1002a came out December 26th. Well was completed in July, and the date of first sales was the same as completion. It is very common.
