I was told that companies don’t need to have everyone sign a lease on a property in Texas. With fracking- the other owners can’t hold up drilling… not sure if this is true, but after we finally signed a lease there was a significant amount of monies held - we used to get some very small royalties from this well in the 1990 era. Anyone know what the rule is this?
