33-11N-8W Canadian County OK I recently received a lease offer from Milestone Oil and Gas and am interested if anyone else is leasing in the area and what is planned in the area. Also, is Milestone independent or do they represent another Company and has anyone had dealing with them? Any and all information is appreciated.
Several permits in the northern part of 11N-8W. Antelope was leasing in section 35. Infill wells in 32/5 and 31/6 just to the west of you. Citizen and Coterra are the main operators close to you.
Highly recommend contacting a good oil and gas attorney if you have not leased before. The original draft lease is usually not in the mineral owner’s favor and needs negotiation.
