We have received a very attractive offer from a reputable oil company for our rights in the above land. We are also aware Devon is releasing or filing a lot of things with the SEC. Can anyone tell us what the going rate? Any help would be appreciated.
Is your offer to lease or to sell? If it is to buy your rights, I would not do it. Devon has permits for four more wells just filed. I have minerals just south of you with eight to nine wells per section. Friend me. You are probably not getting offered what it is worth. I can show you what happened in my sections.
