Hello Ronald,

Is the Dubeil close to Sec 9 4S 2E ?

Daniel,
I just found a spud report dated 3/1/13 for Sec 4 4S 2E. So, does that mean they are starting the vertical there and turning it horizontal onto Sec 9 4S 2E ?

Paul,

In Section 21 3S 3E, XTO, has one well there now and is asking for EIGHT more.

Your well is called INDIAN HILLS and the SHL is located 20’ North of the DUBIEL well. Here is drilling permit for the INDIAN HILLS well.

Notice the SURFACE CASING length, and to the right that should be the ground water depth.

Yes Daniel,

Surface casing 1500’, water table 940’… you are very knowledgeable… are you a geologist ? Thank you…

Paul,

I am a retired computer programer/systems analyst. I received my BS in Math/Computer Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

I just dug into this, as I wanted to know what is going on and what the possiblites can be.

Paul,

This will be a business trip for you so keep all of your receipts as the trip is tax deductable and your going to need the deductions:)

Hello Terry and Thank you for sharing this with me ! It is really something.

Daniel,

This is the drilling rig for what will be Indian Hills 1-4H9 ?

Paul,

It should be drilling both as they wells are only a few feet apart.

I’ve seen it stated that it cost about $100,000 to set up a rig for a new well. That is one reason they try to drill multiple wells with one rig.

Thank you Daniel. I found a drilling animation on oerb.com which I just viewed.

This was very helpful. I will do some research on the Dubeil.

Thank you Daniel,

Wow…not too shabby per month. I will take your advice and set some aside solely for taxes. I was expecting to pay around 25% to royalty tax.

I used to live about a mile from Cal Poly off Higuera St. !

Splash Cafe in Pismo has the BEST clam chowder !

I am a union sheet metal worker (HVAC)

Great Thx Daniel !

My brother Lawrence Hardy also owns minerals in the same two areas

Terry, that rig is driling on my minerals if that is Rig 30

Paul, the only name familiar is former sheriff Art Kell. Ardmore is my home town. My uncle Jim plowed the furrows for the Main street. I am surprised that it is straight since he was known to tilt a few. My Grandparents Lewis Porter Staples owned a market and that is how I came to have surface interests, now sold and mineral interests in two sections in the Ardmore/Gene Autry area

Ronald,

My Dad was born in Gene Autry and I now hold the minerals interests on a small parcel there. Just got all heirship paper work finished and waiting to see outcome on my interests. He passed in Aug of 2010 and everything has been held up until now. Any input on production in that area? Needless to say, I'm new to all of this.

                                            Thankx

Kenneth , my interests are in the Cado Creek area. Look back on comments and you will find answers. Daniel always has good help on finding where the action is in your area. You will need to know your land description. ie: section 4, 4south, 2east

Yes Ronald that is the rig
