It varies so much. They have shut the well down one month installing a GAS LIFT. The latest oil figures I have are 579 BO vs 759 BO the prior month. I don’t have the gas numbers yet.
Daniel…they should have the gross production numbers on your check stubs…would you mind sharing them? Total oil, gas or NGL/condensate?
If anyone in the group has working interest in any of the horizontal wells, it sure would be useful information for other mineral owners considering working interest to hear how the actual expenses come in compared to the AFE

There are lots of 29’s and 30’s in Carter. But I did check in 4S 3E. No wells on 29 or 30, but the closest is a horizontal in 28 into 21 and one in 34 into 27. Maybe it will get closer to you soon!

Hmm…not sure…would have to see the lease form…not sure what that language means. So you are in section 29 and section 30 in 4S-3E right? I’ll poke around and see if I find anything.
Well…I don’t see nay spacing or pooling applications yet in 29 and 30. XTO has completed some horizontal Woodford wells in sections 22,27,34 a couple of miles east of you. So I imagine they will gradually work your way. But if there is no pooling or spacing yet, it is probably a few years away. When was your lease signed, and when is it up?

I have been really looking at the wells in the area (as have several other folks on these forums) and getting a real education on a lot of the legal questions in leasing etc…happy to share with you. Our family has gone from leasing to waiting for forced pooling for a variety of reasons.
Does anyone on here by any chance have a working interest in the Taylor Made well Continental is drilling in 26 and 35 3S-3W? Heard they were having some problems and was curious to hear what was going on with it.

Bob- terms were a 3-year lease at 600 per ac. 3/16.with exhibit A attached sid lease was signed June 2011 exp this june
No extensions on your lease? Can I ask what the terms were? I’ll be surprised if they get a well spudded before your lease is up. Which might be a good thing.

Hi All. I just received a request to lease my Carter County Mineral rights to Moxy Exploration, a subsidiary of the Monterey Energy Group. However, I can find little information on them. Does anyone have any knowledge/experience with this company?
