Owen I talked to one of the R.D. Williams men last week. I hit 34 for the section should have been 33. He told me that the only sections they are leasing in 4s3e are 21, 28 and 34 and that they are not leasing at all in 5s3e.
Jeff mentioned that he and his brother had leases with R D Williams for xto that ran out in April. My two brothers and I had leases with R D Williams for xto that ran out in June, Section 4 Township 5 South Range 3 East. We have not heard anything either.

Anyone heard about the well in 5-4s-2e
A friend who has minerals in Section 5,4s2e told me they have finished fracking the well and have a work over rig there to finish completion operations.I assume that mostly means drilling out and flowback.The well for Section 6,4s2e is on the same pad and has the same status.

Sam, most recent pooling is in 27-2S-3W for 80 ac spacing $250 3/16 pr $0 1/4. Most recent filed leases were in 2012, mostly Chesapeake, so who knows if they are still interested.
Anyone heard anything about 3s-1w lately? I saw where apache and some other groups were leasing In there awhile back, but haven’t received or heard anything in a while?

Leasing was all I could find.
If your operator is XTO, you maybe interested in this law suite in Arkansas. XTO appears to be selling natural gas at prices below market rate to one of it’s subsidiaries. XTO, then uses these prices as the going rate to pay the royalty owners. Check out the attached link to the article.
