We received an offer to participate in CKSMOU via certified mail. We don’t have any interests in the sections referenced in order.
You can contact the attorney that sent the letter and ask why they think you have rights in it. It is a huge unit and covers about 5000 acres, so you might have a tiny piece you don’t know about. Ask for a section, township and range. Personally, I would not participate, but I would welcome any extra revenue.
The unit has now been approved. The Exhibit lists the descriptions of the acreage included.
