I just received a letter and a post card from a Case Co. wanting to make me an offer for the mineral rights located in Houston County. Has anyone heard of this company or received any letters from them?
This is common to get letters and cards, it happens quite often. If a property is leased and the lease is filed in the court house in a lot of cases they send out computer generated offers. I'll be glad to try and help you at no charge if you contact me.
