The OK Corp. Commission recently issued a final order in Cause # CD 2024-002607-T establishing 1280 acre horizontal drilling & spacing units for Mississippian & Woodford zones. There are 3 horizonal wells already in those 2 sections that have been spaced at 640 acres. Does the new order change the spacing of the three existing wells?

Not sure about the order changing the original spacing of the previous wells, but you will get paid based upon your net mineral acres, your royalty and perforation percentage in each section. Looks like you are getting six new horizontal Clark wells.
The order was passed.
Thanks, Martha. Guess I’ll just have to wait and see if anything changes with the 3 current horizontal wells. We only get paid on 2 of them now since they’ve been on 640-acre spacing.
Are you in 17 or 20?
We are in Ssection 17.
Your Sherry 1-17H had 100% of its perforations in 17. The Clark 2H-2017X had ~50% of its perforations in 17. The next five infill wells will likely be very similar to that well with ~50% in each section. I don’t see the Multiunit cases yet, but here is the older one’s map. 17 & 20 are likely to look a lot like the 18/19 wells.
