Change in Valuation of Harrison County Mineral Rights 2016-2019

Hello all,

I was hoping to get some advice on what the change in market value of the price per acre was in September 2016 to October 2019. Does any one know where I could find some clear information on this change. I’m trying to determine an initial value of my inherited mineral property for tax purposes.

    I can give you some advice on this subject.  It really depends on where in the county your minerals are located.  Do you have legal descriptions?
